Founder. Operator. Strategist.
Khalilah founded MEDkeen Solutions® in 2016 to support independent physicians and healthcare organizations navigating complexity during periods of rapid change. Since then, the firm has expanded across healthcare, government, and mission-driven sectors, helping organizations bring clarity to data, operations, and decision-making.
Her work is shaped by deep experience in care delivery, program operations, and emerging technologies including cloud architecture, AI-enabled systems, and workforce innovation. She is known for translating complex challenges into practical strategies that teams can execute and sustain.
Today, that work also includes Decode My Care™, a plain-language, AI-enabled platform designed to support patients, caregivers, and community-based supporters after medical visits. Built around her Post Visit Gap™ concept, the platform focuses on the critical period when instructions are given and real-life responsibility shifts to the patient and those supporting them.
