I’m Khalilah Filmore, a nurse turned founder, strategist, and emerging tech champion. My work connects two worlds: the human-centered care I practiced at the bedside and the future-focused technologies transforming how we lead, live, and work.
I launched MEDkeen Solutions® in 2016 to support independent physicians with strategy and tools to help them navigate a rapidly changing healthcare system. Since then, the company has grown to help businesses and agencies move with clarity, using data, cloud architecture, and people-first systems to solve complex problems.
That experience shaped NurseDev™, not just a brand but a mindset rooted in action. NurseDev™ is now my personal platform for responsible innovation. It is where I blend real-world care with future-focused skills. I am learning to code because leaders in tech-driven spaces should know how the systems they rely on actually work. I am also building in the cloud and designing software that helps people make better decisions and feel supported in the moments that matter. For me, staying ahead of the curve is about more than skill. It is about responsibility.
